His pride and love for the area was evident from an early age, as he delighted visiting relatives and family friends with informative walking tours through the historic district from the age of 8 years old-without a guidebook! This made studying to get his tour guide’s license from the city (a notoriously difficult exam) year’s later child’s play-literally! Joey first entered the real estate world upon graduating from the College of Charleston (B.A.’s in Political Science and Corporate Communication/Marketing) with a years-long stint in Island Realty on the Isle of Palms, one of the area’s famous beaches East of the Cooper. Beginning in vacation rentals, he rose to director of Group Sales, where he also oversaw the rentals and short-term leases of the company’s high-end of their portfolio of more than 500 properties.
Joey knows the market from the beaches to the ‘burbs, and all areas in between. Whether it be your first home or tenth, primary residence or investment property he has the know-how and connections to making your home buying experience as pleasant and successful as it could possibly be.
Jenn Daniels - Raised in beautiful Mt. Pleasant and residing there today, Jen is deeply rooted in the Lowcountry. She broke into the real estate industry over 10 years ago managing properties throughout the Charleston area and eventually landed with the task of managing multi-million dollar properties across the state and the greater Nashville, TN area.
After returning to Charleston to pursue a career in residential sales, Jen established herself among clients and colleagues alike for her loyalty, integrity and “get it done” attitude. Cassie Burns – Cassie is a native of Charleston with over eleven years of real estate experience. Acting as the liaison between the client and the lender, closing attorney and inspectors over the course of the transaction, Cassie oversees the logistics of the closing process to insure the transaction from contract to closing progresses smoothly.
