Born on Long Island, Kim later moved to Utah where she received a bachelors in both Psychology and Pre-Law with a minor in communications from Utah State University. While attending USU, Kim was an active member of Kappa Delta Sorority. After working several years as a juvenile detention counselor and as an investigator for the state, she relocated to Charleston where she has resided the last 14 years.
During Kim's first few years in Charleston, she worked on her manuscript, "The Gift of Time", volunteered at Second Presbyterian Kindergarten in Downtown Charleston and served as a board member for the Lowcountry Hockey Association.
Since the beginning of her Real Estate career Kim has been recognized as a multimillion dollar producer, is a member of Charleston's Top Producer Club and is in the President's Circle of the REALTORs of Distinction (recognizes the top 3% of REALTORs in the tri-county area). She is versed in residential financing, marketing and appraisal techniques and holds certifications as an Accredited Buyer's Representative (a professional designation held by only 5% of SC REALTORs) and an E-Pro. Kim specializes in residential sales and has participated in major commercial transactions in the Historic District of Charleston. She works extensively with investors, but has a strong client base and is constantly keeping abreast of the growth and development in and around Charleston. Her caring nature, attention to detail and follow-through earns her a significant amount of repeat and referral business.
