Bank owned / foreclosed properties for sale in Charleston SC

There are currently over 250 bank owned/ foreclosed properties in the Charleston Area. Ranging in price from 10k to almost 2 million there are lots of foreclosed properties to choose from.  The following are a sampling of what we have to offer in the foreclosure market: beach homes, lofts, investment properties, second homes, starter homes, and fixer uppers.  The areas these properties are currently located are: Mt. Pleasant, downtown Charleston, West Ashley, Isle of Palms, Folly Beach, Sullivans Island, Goose Creek, Summerville, Hanahan, North Charleston, and Moncks Corner.  Bank owned properties can close quickly and are most predominantly sold AS IS WHERE IS.  The banks will allow you to have an inspection on the properties with a time frame to withdraw from the contract however, they do not typically make repairs.
